Job summary

Monee is seeking a Product Manager to lead features that boost activation, onboarding, and retention within the SPP App and SPL ecosystem. You will shape campaigns and journeys to grow new-to-SPL P2M users and encourage SoF adoption at checkout.

Work closely with credit risk, engineering, design, data/analytics and compliance to ensure compliant, scalable product features. You will own experimentation, metrics, and stakeholder communication to drive the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of Product Management in fintech or growth roles.
• Experience shipping features that drive acquisition and retention.
• Experience running A/B tests and translating results into product iterations.
• Proficient in designing UX flows for application, activation and repayment journeys using Figma.

Responsibilities

• Design features to increase activation and onboarding in the app.
• Build acquisition and retention features for SPL and SoF adoption at checkout.
• Collaborate with risk, engineering, data analytics and compliance.
• Monitor feature performance and present roadmap to leadership.
