Job summary

Mazda Indonesia (ATPM) seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to lead parts procurement and inventory planning within our Aftersales team. You will oversee local and imported parts sourcing, monitor stock levels, and optimize costs while ensuring policy compliance.

The role emphasizes vendor management, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and finance to improve parts availability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in parts procurement, inventory planning, or related supply chain functions.
• Automotive or spare-parts industry experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan local and imported parts procurement to ensure optimal availability.
• Monitor inventory levels to achieve targeted months of stock and minimize excess.
• Manage import-related costs and ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
• Coordinate solutions for customer back orders and monitor vendor data accuracy.
• Monitor accounts payable for parts purchases and analyze demand and stock movement.
