Job summary

Matchatalent is seeking an Automotive Parts Specialist to manage inventory and support the service department at a busy dealership in Bekasi. You will catalog, stock, order, and distribute automotive parts and accessories to ensure timely availability for repairs and customer sales.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of genuine and aftermarket parts, excellent organizational skills, and experience with dealership inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Parts Specialist or Parts Counterperson.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems.
• Proficient with dealership inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry parts safely.
• Strong communication with technicians and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels of automotive parts and accessories.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts.
• Process customer and workshop orders for parts.
• Place orders with suppliers and track shipments.
• Reconcile invoices and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Assist technicians and customers with part identification and availability.
