Job summary
Mazda Indonesia is seeking an experienced Sales Strategy & Planning Manager to strengthen the Sales team and support sustainable growth through effective planning, forecasting, market analysis, and dealer performance management.
The role requires developing sales plans, monitoring performance, preparing senior-level reports, and leading the Sales Planning team while coordinating with Sales Operations, Marketing, Product Planning, Supply Chain, and dealer partners to align priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum 7 years in automotive sales planning, operations, or business planning.
- Experience leading a team is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual, monthly, and periodic sales plans and forecasts.
- Monitor retail sales, wholesales, dealer performance, and market trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate sales target setting and monitor achievement across dealers.
- Analyze sales by model, region, dealer, and other dimensions.
- Lead and develop the Sales Planning team and ensure timely reporting.
