Job summary

Mamame Whole Foods, a fast-growing FMCG manufacturer in Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead the maintenance and reliability of production and utilities.

You will coordinate the engineering team, ensure K3 safety standards, and drive improvements across equipment, processes, and cost-efficiency, collaborating with production, quality, and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• K3 Certificate from Kemnaker or BNSP mandatory.
• 3–5 years of engineering supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and safety regulations.
• Experience with production machines and utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate engineering team activities to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with K3 health and safety standards.
• Plan and evaluate preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Provide technical guidance for production and facility issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
• Prepare reports on engineering performance and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, safety, and cost.
