Job summary

PT Haday Food Indonesia is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to oversee upkeep of production machines in our facility. You will lead the maintenance team, plan preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. A Bachelor’s degree and KEMNAKER electrician certification are required, with strong English and CAD/MS Office skills.

Food industry experience preferred. The role requires overtime when needed and collaboration with vendors to keep factory operations running

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Must have Electrician certificates From KEMNAKER.
• Able to communicate in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in the food industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production machines.
• Ensure production line performance and efficiency run properly.
• Manage and supervise the maintenance team.
• Handle general maintenance, electrical work, and machine repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and related parties for factory operations.
