Job summary

Aman Group seeks an Assistant Spa Manager for Amandari Spa in Bali, overseeing daily operations, guest experiences, and service quality. You will lead a multicultural spa team, coordinate treatments, and drive retail performance while upholding Aman luxury standards.

The role requires a hospitality/SPA management degree and at least 3 years in a supervisory spa role within luxury properties. Strong leadership and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Spa Management, Wellness Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a luxury spa, wellness resort, or five-star hotel.
• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail operations.
• Experience in scheduling, inventory management, and revenue tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Spa and Wellness Centre.
• Ensure treatments and wellness experiences meet Aman standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop spa therapists and attendants.
• Monitor treatment quality, guest satisfaction, and service consistency.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist in staff scheduling and attendance records.
• Monitor inventory levels, retail products, linen, and spa supplies.
• Promote spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products to achieve revenue targets.
• Support monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and health regulations.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations teams.
