Qualifications

• Proven experience as Spa Supervisor/Manager or similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of spa therapies, services, and operations.
• Guest-centric mindset with focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily spa workflows to guarantee effective and flawless service delivery.
• Guide, mentor, and evaluate spa team members to foster high performance.
• Uphold top-tier guest relation standards and address customer feedback promptly.
• Oversee spa cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
• Control inventory levels and manage treatment product supplies.
• Assist in executing promotions to boost sales and revenue.
• Generate periodic operational summaries and staff performance logs.
