AYANA Hospitality Group is seeking a Spa and Therapy Manager for their luxury resort in Bali. The successful candidate will oversee spa operations, manage staff, and create strategies to enhance guest experiences. Candidates should have at least 5 years of managerial experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel, proven leadership skills, and extensive knowledge of spa treatments. Excellent English communication is essential, and luxury hotel experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial position in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience in massage techniques and spa treatments.
