Job summary

Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking a proactive Sales Development professional in Jakarta to research, prospect, and contact potential leads and to coordinate meetings between client decision makers and the business development team. You will track outreach activity and craft sales strategies to improve results.

The role emphasizes independent lead generation from multiple sources, familiarity with qualification frameworks, and a proven ability to hit targets in a SaaS/HR context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year outbound/hunter sales or lead generation experience.
• Experience sourcing/generating leads from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, ANUM).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
