Job summary

PT Transavia Otomasi Pratama is seeking a seasoned Site Lead to drive Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation construction activities on industrial projects in Indonesia. You will manage teams, coordinate with engineering, QC, HSE, procurement and commissioning to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Instrumentation or related field, 5+ years of experience including 3+ years in senior leadership, and hands-on skills in cable installation, panel and loop

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience including at least 3 years in senior leadership roles.
Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, power, mining projects.
Strong hands on experience in cable installation, termination, grounding, panel and instrument installation, loop checks, and pre-commissioning support.
Familiar with PLC/DCS/SCADA interfaces and FAT/SAT tests.
Able to read IFC drawings, single-line diagrams, P&ID, instrument index, and technical specs.
Proven leadership, site coordination, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Lead daily site construction activities for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation scope.
Supervise electrical & instrument works: cable tray, cable pulling, termination, grounding, panel installation.
Coordinate with engineering, QC, HSE, procurement, vendor, site and commissioning teams.
Ensure work follows drawings, project specs, ITP, method statements, JSA, PTW, quality and HSE requirements.
Monitor manpower, material readiness, progress, and site issues; drive corrective actions.
Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including punch list closing, loop checks, SAT, functional tests, handover.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and recovery plans.
