Job summary

PT Garuda Yamato Steel in Bekasi, Indonesia is seeking an on-site Electrical Supervisor to lead daily operations for electrical systems, PLCs, and automation, ensuring safety and efficiency across production lines.

You will plan preventive maintenance, guide technicians, and coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to support projects. A Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years' related experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical fields; manufacturing preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and industrial automation.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily electrical operations, ensuring all equipment and systems run efficiently and safely.
Lead troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, control panels, motors, and automation devices.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety procedures, electrical codes, and company policies.
Provide guidance, training, and performance oversight for electrical technicians.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to support operational and project requirements.
