• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage busduct construction projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource plans
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet milestones
• Manage project risks and resolve technical and commercial issues
• Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost forecasts
• Track project profitability and cash flow
• Manage change orders, variations, and contractual claims
• Review subcontractor and supplier payment applications
• Ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and submittals
