Job summary

DHC Partners is seeking a Senior Manager to lead HV transmission and distribution projects in Indonesia, guiding study, design, and construction through to handover while ensuring safety and constructability.

You will manage multi‑party interfaces, coordinate contractors, and drive disciplined field execution under tight schedules, leveraging strong leadership, communication, and risk management to deliver complex infrastructure on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Civil with HV exposure.
• Proven experience delivering HV projects across full lifecycle (study, design, construction, handover).
• Experience managing design consultants and construction contractors.
• Strong exposure to construction interface management including ROW/access readiness and multi-contractor coordination.
• Solid understanding of HV scope: line routing, tower/foundation interfaces, erection and stringing.
• Knowledge of design‑to‑construction readiness and constructability principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle delivery of high-voltage transmission and distribution infrastructure projects, covering route and corridor readiness, tower and foundation civil interfaces, erection and stringing activities, and coordination across all project stakeholders.
• The role provides end-to-end leadership from early study and development stages through engineering/design, contractor engagement, and construction execution, ensuring delivery is safe, constructible, and efficiently executed through strong team leadership, disciplined contractor/consultant management, and effective field coordination.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred), or Civil Engineering with strong HV transmission project exposure.
• Proven experience delivering HV transmission and distribution projects across full lifecycle stages (study/development, design, construction, handover).
• Experience in managing design consultants and construction contractors.
• Strong exposure to construction interface management including ROW/access readiness, multi-contractor coordination, and field execution constraints.
• Solid understanding of HV transmission scope including line routing, tower and foundation interfaces, erection and stringing sequences, and construction risk drivers.
• Knowledge of design‑to‑construction readiness and constructability principles, including interface coordination.
