Job summary

PT. ANTA GROUP DEVELOPMENT is seeking a Site Electrical professional for our Badung, Bali projects. This full-time role oversees electrical installations, safety, and coordination across construction sites.

You will inspect, install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, with a focus on compliance, documentation, and on-site collaboration with other trades. English and Indonesian fluency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in Electrical Engineering or a recognised electrical trade certification.
• Minimum 3 years of practical site electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with Indonesian electrical safety codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Electrical professional to join PT. ANTA GROUP DEVELOPMENT in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and operation of electrical systems across our construction and development projects. As a Site Electrical specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical work on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, and coordinating with other trades to deliver high-quality electrical infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

Inspecting and testing electrical installations to ensure they meet design specifications and safety standards

Supervising and coordinating electrical work carried out by contractors and sub-contractors on site

Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems, equipment, and components

Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation, including electrical logs, test records, and site reports

Ensuring compliance with relevant electrical codes, building regulations, and health and safety requirements

Conducting regular site inspections to identify potential electrical hazards and implement corrective measures

Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other site personnel to ensure seamless integration of electrical work with other trades

Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults and equipment malfunctions promptly

Maintaining electrical equipment, tools, and materials in good working condition

Providing technical guidance and support to junior electrical staff and contractors

What we're looking for

Formal qualification in Electrical Engineering or a recognised electrical trade certification

Minimum 3 years of practical experience in site electrical work, preferably in construction or development projects

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems

Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation

Thorough understanding of electrical safety standards, building codes, and relevant regulations in Indonesia

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and site management software

Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required

Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly desirable

Experience with AUTOCAD or similar design software is advantageous
