Job summary

PT Transavia Otomasi Pratama is seeking a seasoned Site Lead to drive Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation construction activities on industrial projects in Indonesia. You will manage teams, coordinate with engineering, QC, HSE, procurement and commissioning to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Instrumentation or related field, 5+ years of experience including 3+ years in senior leadership, and hands-on skills in cable installation, panel and loop

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience including at least 3 years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, power, mining projects.
• Strong hands on experience in cable installation, termination, grounding, panel and instrument installation, loop checks, and pre-commissioning support.
• Familiar with PLC/DCS/SCADA interfaces and FAT/SAT tests.
• Able to read IFC drawings, single-line diagrams, P&ID, instrument index, and technical specs.
• Proven leadership, site coordination, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site construction activities for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation scope.
• Supervise electrical & instrument works: cable tray, cable pulling, termination, grounding, panel installation.
• Coordinate with engineering, QC, HSE, procurement, vendor, site and commissioning teams.
• Ensure work follows drawings, project specs, ITP, method statements, JSA, PTW, quality and HSE requirements.
• Monitor manpower, material readiness, progress, and site issues; drive corrective actions.
• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including punch list closing, loop checks, SAT, functional tests, handover.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and recovery plans.

Job description

Lead daily site construction activities for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation scope.

Supervise Electrical & instrument works including cable tray, cable pulling, termination, grounding, panel installation, instrument installation, and field device installation.

Coordinate with engineering, QC, HSE, procurement, vendor, internal site team, and commissioning team.

Ensure all works follow approved drawings, project specifications, ITP, method statement, JSA, PTW, quality, and HSE requirements.

Monitor manpower, material readiness, work progress, site issues, and daily/weekly construction targets.

Identify construction issues, drawing mismatch, material shortage, workfront constraints, or site conflicts, and coordinate corrective actions with related parties.

Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including punch list closing, loop check, SAT, functional test, and system handover.

Prepare daily/weekly progress report and recovery plan when required.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Engineering Physics, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field)

Minimum 5 years of experience including: At least 3 years in senior leadership roles, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, power plant, mining, smelter, or industrial project.

Strong hands on experience in cable installation, termination, grounding, panel installation, instrument installation, loop check, and pre commissioning support.

Familiar with PLC/DCS/SCADA interface, control panel, marshalling cabinet, I/O check, FAT/SAT, or functional test.

Able to read IFC drawing, singleline diagram, wiring diagram, cable schedule, P&ID, instrument index, hook-up drawing, and technical specification.

Familiar with ITP, method statement, JSA/JHA, PTW, inspection request, punch list, test pack, loop folder, and handover dossier.

Strong leadership, site coordination, problem solving, communication, and reporting skills.

Willing to be assigned at project site.
