Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer in Indonesia to design, calculate, and certify power distribution, lighting, and LV/MV systems for industrial projects, ensuring safety and compliance with PUIL and authorities.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, prepare load calculations and diagrams, coordinate with clients and regulators, review shop drawings, and support construction with timely RFIs. Requires 5+ years, STRI/SKA8, ETAP/DIALux/AutoCAD, and strong English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with STRI and SKA/SKK Level 8 (Ahli Madya).
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design, including Engineer-in-Charge on industrial or regulated development projects.
Expertise in power distribution (LV/MV), lighting, earthing, lightning protection, and ELV/security systems, with mastery of Indonesian standards (PUIL).
Proficient in ETAP or DIALux for electrical analyses and lighting simulation, AutoCAD for 2D layouts, and basic ETABS/SAP2000 for coordination.
Professional English for technical communication and strong coordination within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership: Act as the Penanggung Jawab Electrical, ensuring designs meet PUIL and Indonesian codes.
Technical Documentation: Prepare load calculations, single-line diagrams, and specifications for PBG/SLF submission.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities to align electrical designs with other disciplines.
Construction Support: Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs during construction phase.
Team Oversight: Supervise junior staff to maintain design quality and consistency.
