Job summary

PT CNC Design Batam is seeking a capable Production Supervisor / Lead Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical engineering operations and manufacturing processes in Batam island, Riau. The role combines supervisory responsibilities with hands-on technical leadership to ensure production efficiency and quality.

The candidate should have an S1 or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 3–4 years in electrical engineering and at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role, plus familiarity with UL, IEC,

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor electrical team members with technical guidance.
• Review electrical designs, drawings and specs for compliance with standards and customer requirements.
• Perform FATs and final power-on quality checks.
• Manage production schedules, resources and workflow to meet delivery deadlines while controlling costs.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Project Management for seamless operations.
• Document and report production metrics and performance to senior management.
• Participate in training and stay updated with electrical engineering technologies.
