Job summary

PT CNC Design Batam is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician to join our engineering team in Batam, Indonesia. You will assemble electrical components, perform soldering and testing, and ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires 2–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical assembly, ability to read schematics, and meticulous attention to detail. You will work closely with engineers and QA in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in electrical engineering or electronics.
• 2–5 years hands-on electrical assembly experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and sub-assemblies per drawings.
• Soldering, crimping, and electrical joining.
• Test and verify assemblies with meters and diagnostics.
• Identify and troubleshoot faults.
• Maintain records of assembly, test results, quality inspections.
• Collaborate with engineers and QA to resolve issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work area.
• Ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
