Job summary

SP Manufacturing is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Batam team. You will lead design, development, and deployment of electrical systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in power or electronic design, proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical and ETAP, and strong leadership and communication skills. Batam-based role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
Experience with CAD software and electrical simulation tools.
Knowledge of electrical codes and international standards.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience in project management and leadership is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of electrical systems.
Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses.
Oversee installation, testing, commissioning of electrical equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
