Job summary

PT Harmoni Cahaya Indonesia is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead the engineering maintenance team in a manufacturing setting. Based in Tanggungharjo, Grobogan, Central Java, you will plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for production machines and facilities.

You should have a Bachelor's in Engineering (preferred) with at least 2 years of related experience, strong knowledge of electrical systems, and good communication and problem-solving skills to ensure minimal

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair systems in a manufacturing environment, especially mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Fluent in English is preferred.
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to be placed in Tanggungharjo, Grobogan, Central Java.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the engineering maintenance team.
Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for production machines and factory facilities.
Ensure production equipment operates efficiently with minimum downtime.
Lead the maintenance of building electrical systems, including electrical installations, panels, and power distribution.
Coordinate repair activities and ensure a stable and reliable power supply.
Monitor maintenance schedules, safety standards, and team performance.
