Job summary

RGf HR Agent Indonesia is seeking an Electrical Assistant Supervisor (PLC & CNC) for a Machine Parts facility in Cikarang. The role leads a production team, oversees PLC/CNC maintenance, and drives safety and quality in a high-risk forging environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Electrical/Automation fields and has 2+ years of leadership experience with PLC systems in metal forming/Electrical Manufacturing Engineering. ISO knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical or related engineering discipline.
Minimum 2 years as Electrical Maintenance Leader with PLC experience in forging or metal forming.
Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily forging production operations including induction heater, forging press and trimming.
Monitor production performance to achieve targets and improve OEE and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards in a high-risk forging environment.
Lead and coordinate Production Foremen in daily operations and shift planning.
Organize shifts, allocate manpower and optimize workforce utilization.
Maintain safety and supervise attendance and discipline across the team.
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues involving inverters, sensors and control panels.
Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot PLC systems (Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens).
Coordinate with Maintenance for timely corrective and preventive actions.
Enforce 5S, conduct safety inspections and ensure safe working practices.
