Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Greater Denpasar, Bali, seeks a Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, coordinate front office, manage check-in/check-out, and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism.

You will collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance to maintain standards, coach team members, handle escalations, and support safety, security, and cost-control initiatives, contributing to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations, front office management, or guest services.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with coaching and feedback.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities to prioritize tasks and maintain standards.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and reservation platforms.
• Understanding of safety and security procedures in hospitality.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in English.
