Job summary
MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer (Data Center) to lead the design and delivery of advanced cooling solutions for mission-critical facilities in South Jakarta.
The role requires strong expertise in chilled water, DX, CRAH/CRAC, and energy efficiency, with hands-on site support and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams across projects.
Fluency in English and 5+ years of data center experience preferred; a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in HVAC design or data center projects.
- Experience leading engineering activities within data center projects.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale cooling systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, CFD, and HVAC load calculations.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Design HVAC and cooling solutions for large-scale data center facilities.
- Perform thermal analysis and load calculations.
- Select equipment and evaluate energy efficiency.
- Coordinate with electrical, BMS, and other teams.
- Support on-site commissioning and field issue resolution.
- Prepare technical documentation and project deliverables.
