Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer (Data Center) to design, validate, and deliver advanced cooling systems for large-scale facilities. You will oversee end-to-end engineering, perform thermal analyses, select equipment, and coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure reliable, energy-efficient operation.

The role requires leadership in data center projects, hands-on site support, and strong communication with project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC system design experience for mission-critical facilities.
• Experience leading data center cooling projects and liaising with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC and mechanical cooling solutions for large-scale data centers.
• Perform heat load calculations and airflow analysis to optimize energy use.
• Select and evaluate equipment for energy efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including electrical and BMS.
• Lead design reviews, client communications, and on-site support.
• Support commissioning, testing, and handover activities.
• Prepare technical reports and engineering deliverables.
