Overview

Our client is a 5* very high‑end International Chain Hotel with 200+ rooms and multiple F&B outlets. This role will be the #1 in the fine dining outlet and will be reporting directly to the Expat Director of Food & Beverage. The client is a highly regarded luxury brand.

This position is available for Indonesian nationals only.

• Experience in luxury 5* hotel or fine dining free-standing restaurant
• Fine dining experience is a must
