Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a global logistics organisation.
1-3 years in a people leadership role.
Strong operational expertise in LCL, with hands-on experience across ocean freight, trucking, and customs processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the Operations and Customer Service teams supporting LCL export and import shipments across Indonesia.
Manage the end-to-end LCL shipment process, including booking, planning, execution, and post-shipment activities.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team responsible for LCL operations.
Serve as a key point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving escalations promptly.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
Identify and implement opportunities for process optimisation and improved operational efficiency.
Ensure clear communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
