Job summary

Maersk is seeking an experienced LCL Station Manager to oversee end-to-end LCL operations in Indonesia. You will lead the LCL Operations and Customer Service teams, ensuring seamless export and import processes while delivering exceptional customer service.

Strong leadership, attention to detail and deep logistics knowledge are essential. You will mentor and develop a high-performing team, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a global logistics organisation.
• 1–3 years in a people leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end LCL operations for export and import shipments in Indonesia.
• Lead LCL Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution and excellent service.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage invoicing and payment processing accurately.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency improvements.
