Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Project Manager in Jakarta to lead end-to-end project shipments across Ocean, Air and Land. You will be the primary contact for customers, coordinating with commercial, growth enablement, QHSE and procurement to ensure on-time, in-full delivery of complex projects.

You should have 3–7 years in project freight forwarding, strong customer engagement, and the ability to work across regions and stakeholders. Willingness to travel and to work outside office hours as required.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in project freight forwarding.
• Experience with sales support, tender management, and operations.
• Knowledge of multi-modal transport and customs processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence across MPL product family and transport modes.
• Partner with commercial, growth enablement, QHSE and procurement for strategic development.
• Establish and track goals, metrics, and indicators for success.
• Demonstrate adaptability to market fluctuations and disruptions.
• Maintain data integrity on TMS – Cargowise and coordinate project implementation.
