Job summary

PT PASIFIK SAINTIFINDO seeks a proactive Sales & Marketing professional to grow laboratory equipment business in Indonesia. You will build relationships across government and private sectors, identify new opportunities, and manage quotes and negotiations to close sales.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1+ year of experience in sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Travel for visits will be expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in laboratory equipment.
• Experience with Government or Private Sector customers preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel for business visits when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers from Government and Private Sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in laboratory, pharmaceutical, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors.
• Promote and offer laboratory equipment, consumables, and related products to customers.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on customer inquiries, and negotiate sales agreements.
• Achieve sales targets and develop business opportunities in the assigned area.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
