Job summary

PT PASIFIK SAINTIFINDO in Tangerang is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional to develop and maintain relationships with Government and Private Sector customers, and to promote laboratory equipment, consumables, and related products.

You will identify new business opportunities in labs, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and education sectors, prepare quotations, follow up inquiries, negotiate sales, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in laboratory equipment or related industries.
• Experience handling Government or Private Sector customers is preferred.
• Willing to travel for business visits when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers from Government and Private Sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in laboratory, pharmaceutical, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors.
• Promote and offer laboratory equipment, consumables, and related products to customers.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on customer inquiries, and negotiate sales agreements.
• Achieve sales targets and develop business opportunities in the assigned area.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
