Job summary

PT ASWINDO CATUR PERKASA is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our B2B laboratory equipment and materials distribution business in Indonesia. You will develop sales strategies, manage key accounts and drive new opportunities through proactive outreach.

The role requires at least 1 year of B2B sales experience in laboratory equipment, a relevant degree, travel willingness, and strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals and build lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in laboratory equipment industry.
• D3/S1 education in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Willing to travel outside the city and hold a valid driving license.
• Have network and customer database in related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and prospects.
• Conduct customer needs analysis and provide appropriate product solutions.
• Perform presentations, negotiations, and deal closing.
• Create regular reports on activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop networks in related industries.
