Job summary

Lazada is seeking an IT Networks and Systems professional to maintain, develop, troubleshoot and provision enterprise-level IT infrastructure. You will join a growing global IT team and work to keep systems running smoothly at the enterprise level.

Responsibilities include monitoring and resolving network and system issues, performing automation with Python and Ansible, and producing SOPs and documentation. On-call rotations and collaboration within a team are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing and managing enterprise IT network and systems.
• Proficient in infrastructure monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Hands-on network automation using Python and Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, diagnose and resolve network and systems problems.
• Manage crisis situations and work under pressure to resolve issues.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Python and Ansible.

• Support incident handling and break-fix during incidents.

Job description

To efficiently andeffectively maintain, develop, troubleshoot and provision enterprise level IT Network and Systems. To work withina growing anddynamic global IT team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor, diagnose and resolve problems related to Network and Systems
• Manage crisissituations and work under pressure to resolve problems.
• Perform automation through python, ansible to automate repetitive tasks.
• Produce relevant documentations and SOPs.
• Implement the break fix during incidents.
• To provide 2nd line technical support.
• Provide technical expertise for 1st line IT support staff, sharing technical knowledge.

REQUIREMENT:

Be proficient and experienced in the implementation and management of the following technical disciplines:

• Good understanding for Infra Monitoring (Solar winds, Grafana and Prometheus), and DCIMtools.
• Good Understanding Incident mgmt, Change management and Problem management.
• Good understanding of Routing (OSPF, BGP) and Switching (Vlan, VTP, STP, HSRP, EtherChannel e.t.c.)
• Hands on Network Automation (Python and Ansible).
• Exposure in WLAN technologies.
• Exposure in Linux and Windows will be added advantage.

• Be able to organize and priorities workload.
• Be able to work within a team, facilitating team interaction.
• Be willing to work rotational on call basis to support out of business hours.
