Buzzohero in Jakarta is seeking a Junior KOL Manager to onboard and manage key opinion leaders across categories. You will grow the KOL database, maintain relationships, and coordinate campaigns in line with brand requirements.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or final-year students with strong communication, negotiation and planning skills, who can work in West Jakarta and drive results in influencer marketing.

• Onboard and manage KOLs with tiering and reach across categories.
• Grow and maintain the KOLs database and relationships.

• Analyze and monitor KOL performance.
• Manage communications with media, KOLs, and third-party agencies for collaborations.

• Onboard and manage KOLs with different tiering and reach across various categories
• Grow list of existing KOLs database. Establish & maintain relationship with KOLs
• Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOLs according to brand requirements
• Negotiate costs with KOLs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement
• Analyze & monitor KOL performance
• Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions.
