Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking a proactive Influencer Manager to lead KOL collaborations for skincare brands. You will identify new influencers, build relationships with talent managers, and manage campaigns across online and offline channels.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in influencer management, strong English, and a degree in Communications or Marketing, with a creative mindset and excellent communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in KOL/Influencer Management or similar role.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Actively research, identify, and search for new influencers.
• Build and maintain relations with talent managers, agencies, and KOLs to execute brand activations and campaigns.
• Build an influencers database.
• Research and identify key influencers across platforms to create brand experiences.
• Monitor social media feeds of competitors and influencers to gauge trends and inspiration.
• Coordinate with related team for influencer inquiries.
• Increase brand awareness, buzz, and skincare SOV.

Requirement

• Proven min. 1 year working experience in KOL/Influencer Management or similar role.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Bachelor degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or related major.
• Proven experience in handling broad range of talents, especially in beauty industry.
• Outstanding skills of communication, presentation, and problem-solving, enjoy communication with users and deliver daily support with strong user-driven mindset.
• Strong planning skills for online & offline campaign, creative, and good at brain-storming.
