Job summary

CV. DWI KRAFI (LASKALA GROUP) in Bekasi, Indonesia is seeking a KOL Specialist in Fashion to lead influencer campaigns from concept to KPI achievement.

You will craft campaign scripts, briefs, and guidance for creators, while aligning with brand goals and managing partnerships with key influencers. The role requires a strong background in affiliate marketing on Shopee and TikTok, excellent content sense, and the ability to identify target audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 2–3 years experience as KOL Specialist in Fashion Industry.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram) with brand relevance.
• Strong background in affiliate marketing on Shopee and TikTok.
• Familiar with digital campaigns and audience targeting.
• Excellent multitasking and content-trend awareness.
• Creative and proactive in proposing executions.

Responsibilities

• Construct end-to-end full-scale influencer campaigns that support brand initiatives, objectives and KPI's.
• Make a script, brief/SOW and KOL guidance for campaign purposes.
• Create a KOL contract/letter of agreements corresponding to project details.
• Ensure the contract term and conditions are met.
• Monitoring and handling cooperation with selected KOLs/influencers.
• Compile reports and collaboration results from KOLs/Influencers.
