Job summary

KantorKu is seeking a proactive student or recent graduate to support our KOL/influencer campaigns in Jakarta. In this role you will help identify relevant creators, assist with outreach, and track campaign progress.

You will work closely with marketing teams to ensure timely deliverables, analyze engagement metrics, and stay current with social media trends. This internship offers exposure to brand collaborations and performance reporting in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree or fresh graduate from any major.
• Familiar with TikTok and Instagram.
• Familiarity with Shopee Affiliate or TikTok Affiliate is a plus.
• Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and viral content.
• Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working with targets, deadlines, and campaign timelines.
• Creative with a strong sense of branding and content quality.
• Possesses negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, with good communication skills.
• Experience in student organizations, committees, freelance projects, or marketing/social media internships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify suitable KOLs and influencers for brand campaigns.
• Build and maintain the KOL database and track influencer performance.
• Assist with KOL outreach, negotiation, and collaboration management.
• Monitor KOL content and ensure deliverables meet campaign timelines.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement, GMV, and conversions.
• Stay updated on social media trends and identify new collaboration opportunities.
