Job summary

Team Liquid in Jakarta, Indonesia seeks a KOL Specialist to identify and manage influencer partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You will lead end-to-end campaigns, from discovery to reporting, ensuring creator collaborations align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

You will negotiate rates, deliverables, and timelines, draft agreements, and work with creative/marketing teams to translate objectives into authentic briefings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience as a KOL/Influencer Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Strong network with influencers and talent management agencies across TikTok, Instagram & YouTube.
• Experience negotiating contracts, deliverables, and rate cards with talent.
• Proficiency with social media metrics and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and curate relevant KOLs and creators aligned with brand identity.
• End-to-end campaign handling: brief alignment, seeding, content drafting, scheduling.
• Negotiate terms, usage rights, and timelines to optimize ROI.
• Draft and execute talent agreements and NDAs.
• Collaborate with marketing for compelling content briefs and brand-aligned content.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and trends.
