CV NAV LAB INDONESIA seeks a KOL Specialist to identify and manage influencer collaborations for skincare campaigns in Bandung. You will work with key opinion leaders, influencers, agencies, and content creators to drive engaging partnerships across Instagram and TikTok.

The role requires strong negotiation, project management, and data-driven analysis to optimize reach, engagement, and ROI while coordinating with Marketing and Content teams on concept development.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year experience as KOL Specialist or Influencer Marketing in skincare.
• Strong understanding of social platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in an organized manner with attention to detail and manage multiple projects.
• Analytical capability to evaluate campaign performance.

Aufgaben

• Identify and collaborate with KOLs, influencers and content creators.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, agencies and talent management.
• Plan, manage and execute influencer campaigns across social media platforms.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, budgets, deliverables and campaign timelines.
• Ensure campaigns run on schedule and meet brand standards.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Content teams on campaign concepts.
• Monitor campaign performance and report reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Maintain KOL database and collaboration history.
• Track social media trends, influencer activity, and competitor activities to identify new collaboration opportunities.
• Manage product seeding and other campaign requirements.
