Job summary

PT Susu Life Indonesia is seeking an energetic KOL & Data Operations Coordinator to manage influencer partnerships, track contracts, and support campaign execution. You will also design and maintain data sheets and dashboards for weekly reporting.

The role requires 1–3 years in brand or media with strong Excel/Sheets skills, Indonesian fluency, English ability, and willingness to travel or be on-site for events.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, communications, business or data analytics.
• 1–3 years of experience in brand, media, KOL, social media, data operations, or agency roles.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets / Lark Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and chart dashboards.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube backend and core data metrics.
• Fluent in Indonesian; working proficiency in English; Chinese is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and strong at follow-through; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, resilient under pressure, punctual, and strong confidentiality awareness.
• Willing to accept necessary business travel or on-site event support.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end KOL / Influencer Management: screen, evaluate, build, and maintain KOL pool aligned with brand positioning.
• Manage KOL scheduling: slot confirmation, content format, go-live timing, and milestones.
• Handle scripts and drafts: collection, submission for review, feedback, and version tracking.
• Track contract process: drafting, circulation, signing, filing, and clause follow-up.
• Oversee sample management: requests, shipping, receipt, and retention records.
• Follow up on settlements and payments: invoices, payments, reconciliation, and progress.
