Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Indonesia seeks a proactive KOL Specialist to identify and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, content creators, and affiliates to support product promotion and long-term partnerships.

You will negotiate campaigns, coordinate sample deliveries, track performance (views, engagement, clicks, orders, GMV), and prepare periodic reports on collaboration results to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL, influencer, or affiliate marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with strong initiative and ability to work towards targets.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to work Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Search for and identify KOLs, influencers, content creators, and affiliates aligned with target products
• Contact and establish collaborations with KOLs/creators for product promotion and long-term partnerships
• Negotiate rates, commissions, campaigns, product samples, and forms of cooperation
• Arrange delivery of product samples to KOLs/creators
• Monitor content performance and collaboration results including views, engagement, clicks, orders, and GMV
• Follow up, compile, and prepare periodic reports on KOL/affiliate collaboration results
