Job summary

Dorskin in Alam Sutera, Tangerang is seeking a KOL Specialist to lead influencer campaigns. You will research key influencers on Instagram and TikTok, recruit and manage KOLs, and handle campaign administration.

You’ll maintain working agreements, build strong relationships, and monitor KOL performance to meet activity targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a KOL Specialist.
• Experience in Talent Recruitment or Talent Management is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify key influencers on Instagram and TikTok.
• Assist in recruiting KOLs and ensure smooth execution of ongoing campaigns.
• Manage administrative tasks related to KOL campaigns.
• Oversee and maintain working agreements with KOLs.
• Build and nurture strong communication and relationships with influencers.
• Enhance program quality and ensure KOLs meet their activity targets.
• Track, analyze, evaluate, and report on KOL performance.
