Job summary

PT Mindo Small Business Solutions in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Campaign Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end administrative and operational processes for KOL/influencer campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

You will coordinate onboarding, contracting, payments, tax handling, and documentation, collaborating with Finance and client teams while driving scalable workflows and maintaining confidentiality and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in campaign operations or related roles.
• Strong understanding of KOL/influencer campaign workflows and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail when handling financial data and contracts.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administrative and operational processes of KOL/influencer campaigns.
• Coordinate onboarding, verification, contracting, payments, and tax-related tasks.
• Maintain and organize campaign documentation and records.
• Audit payments and documents to identify discrepancies and issues.
• Collaborate with Finance, Clients, Agencies, and internal teams.
• Develop and improve workflows, SOPs, and processes for scalability.
• Handle escalations related to contracts, payments, and compliance.
• Ensure on-time campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
