Job summary

Mindo Small Business Solutions is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee end-to-end KOL and influencer campaign administration in Indonesia. The role involves onboarding, verification, contracting, payments, tax considerations, and ensuring compliance across multiple campaigns.

You will coordinate with Finance, Clients, and external partners, manage documentation, and drive process improvements. A strong detail orientation and ability to work across stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data, contracts, and documentation.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders including agencies, clients, Finance, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for communication with internal teams and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administrative and operational processes of KOL and influencer campaigns, ensuring activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Coordinate KOL onboarding and verification, including checking profiles, eligibility, documents, audience information, and campaign requirements.
• Manage KOL contracting processes, including preparing, reviewing, and coordinating agreements between KOLs, clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and organize campaign documentation, contracts, deliverables, and supporting documents.
• Handle KOL payment processes from verification to payment completion, including validation and reconciliation.
