Job summary

Omni Wellnes club in Bali is seeking a dedicated kitchen cleaner to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, utensils, and work areas to support smooth daily operations.

You will clean and sanitize kitchen items, manage waste per safety procedures, handle cleaning chemicals safely, and assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning tasks as needed.

This on-site role requires attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, glassware, and other kitchen items.
• Ensure all kitchen areas, floors, sinks, storage areas, and workstations are clean and hygienic.
• Operate and maintain the dishwashing area and related equipment properly.
• Dispose of garbage and waste according to established hygiene and safety procedures.
• Assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning and support tasks when required.
• Ensure adequate availability of clean utensils, plates, and kitchen equipment during operations.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of waste storage areas and ensure proper waste segregation.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, occupational health, and safety standards.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or hygiene concerns to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
