Job summary

9-11bali is seeking a dedicated kitchen helper in Denpasar area to assist with washing dishes, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen equipment and surfaces.

You will support the chef with light prep, manage cleaning supplies, and help keep the dining area and kitchen hygienic.

This role offers hands-on experience in a busy kitchen and requires reliability and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, bowls, spoons, forks, pans, woks, and all dirty cooking equipment
• Store kitchen equipment and eating utensils back on racks or designated areas to keep them clean, organised, and in good condition
• Sweep and mop the kitchen floor, empty trash bins, and clean work tables and washing areas
• Manage chemical supplies including dish soap, cleaning liquids, and other sanitisation materials
• Help check the quantity of kitchen equipment, record damaged items, and report them for repair
• Support the chef with light tasks such as washing vegetables or preparing raw ingredients as needed
