Job summary

Savaya Group is hiring a Daily Worker Steward for its Manuza venue in Bali. You will help maintain cleanliness across kitchen and back-of-house areas, supporting daily operations as needed.

Role focuses on washing and sanitising equipment, keeping storage areas tidy, assisting with opening/closing and deep-cleaning activities, and ensuring hygiene standards. Previous steward or dishwasher experience is preferred; basic English is helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Steward, Dishwasher, Cleaner, or similar role is preferred.
• Hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Reliable, hardworking, and responsible.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit for standing and manual work for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitise kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen, back-of-house, and storage areas.
• Support the kitchen team with cleaning, preparation, and general operational tasks.
• Handle waste disposal and maintain clean waste areas.
• Assist with moving and organising kitchen supplies when required.
• Support opening, closing, and deep-cleaning activities.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
