You will stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to safe waste handling, orderly storage, and daily cleaning routines during shifts that may include weekends and late nights.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is welcome but not essential.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to follow hygiene and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and organize kitchen equipment, utensils, plates, and glasses.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and back-of-house spaces.
• Assist with waste handling, stock cleaning supplies, and prep for service.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and operational procedures during shifts.
