Job summary

Sparks Sports Academy in Semarang seeks a Student Advisor to promote programs for children across Gymnastics, Ballet, Futsal, Basketball, Dance and more. You will engage with existing members and tailor plans.

You will conduct sales consultations, upsell suitable programs, maintain the student database, meet monthly targets, and support parent events while delivering timely updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in B2C sales or direct selling.
• Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to work shifts and weekends.
• Sales or education industry experience is advantageous.

Student Advisor at Sparks Sports Academy, a vibrant sports and activity center specializing in programs including Gymnastics, Ballet, Futsal, Basketball, Dance, Taekwondo, Phonics and more. The role involves promoting programs to ensure children's needs are fulfilled through participation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales consultations with existing members, consult their children development, and develop tailored study plans
• Pitch and promote suitable programs, employing effective upselling techniques
• Maintain and manage a sales management and student database, and generate accountable sales reports
• Meet monthly sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and facilitate parent-related events
• Resolve parent inquiries and concerns promptly, ensure timely communication on study-related updates, and support course resales and student reactivation

About you

• Service-oriented mindset, prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Proven sales ability with experience in B2C sales or direct selling (minimum 1 year)
• Strong interpersonal and promotional skills, with a proactive and team-oriented attitude
• Results-driven with willingness to work shifts and weekends (days off on weekdays)
• Sales or education industry experience is advantageous
