Job summary

SEVEN Retail Group is hiring a Student Advisor (Retention) to engage with students and parents, manage student data, and drive retention and referrals. You will contribute to achieving monthly sales targets and collaborate with teachers and marketing teams.

The role involves organizing parent events, reselling courses, and reactivating former students while delivering strong customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Service mindset and customer-first approach.
• Sales ability with effective pitches and closing skills.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience or direct B2C selling.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and promotion skills.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to shift.
• Weekend availability; relies on Mon–Fri off-days.
• Experience in sales or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create sales management and student database.
• Provide accountable sales reports.
• Meet monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Build rapport with customers to encourage retention and referrals.
• Invite parents and organize related events.
• Resolve parent questions and complaints promptly.
• Provide timely information about changes (teachers, schedules).
• Resell courses and reactivate students who dropped out.
• Communicate with teachers and other departments.
• Collaborate in marketing and sales activities outside the center.
• Perform other admin and operational duties as assigned.
